CashBox for Salesforce

CashBox for Salesforce lets you access your subscription billing data in Salesforce, increasing your return on investment from both solutions. By integrating CashBox with Salesforce, you view billing and other customer account information in one location, Salesforce. You can also easily take advantage of the familiar reporting and analysis tools within Salesforce to building insight into customer account information.

CashBox for Salesforce offers two levels of functionality: CashBox for Salesforce Basic and CashBox for Salesforce Premium. They are available through the Salesforce AppExchange, with the basic option free to all CashBox and Salesforce users. Both are native applications built on the force.com platform. You can use them to import CashBox account, product, subscription, and transaction data into Salesforce.

CashBox for Salesforce Basic

The basic application enhances the power of Salesforce as a reporting tool by letting you access CashBox data through Salesforce. You can then easily build customized reports based on that data, and incorporate CashBox data into other Salesforce-based apps, processes, and workflows. Your customer service team can view and update customer account information through Salesforce while also viewing transactions and subscriptions.

CashBox for Salesforce Premium

You can extend the link between CashBox and Salesforce with CashBox for Salesforce Premium. Use it to take advantage of the customer service and sales features of CashBox through the Salesforce environment. It lets you manage the whole quote-to-cash process from one location. Generate quotes, create subscriptions, and issue credits and refunds within Salesforce using CashBox data. All payment information resides within CashBox, so you maintain full PCI compliance. Data synchronizes automatically.
