Vindicia CashBox can serve as your CRM solution or as an enhancement to a CRM solution from a third-party provider, enabling you to deliver efficient service to customers when they have questions. Each of your customers is represented in CashBox as an account that contains all the data necessary to provide services, support communication, and charge for one-time or subscription purchases. Easy-to-use account editing tools enable your team to fulfill customer requests, supporting high levels of customer satisfaction. Your team can grant refunds, modify payment information, cancel services, and more while viewing customer transaction and account details.

CashBox stores each customer’s name, contact information, address, purchase history, and tax status. You can augment that data using custom data fields by creating labels within CashBox. For instance, you could add customer height and weight values to account data if that information is relevant to your business.

Account Details

For each customer, CashBox presents your customer service agents with an account details page that’s divided into panes. On this page, agents can easily manage all payment-related requests from customers. The top pane lists general account information, including the customer’s name, contact information, language, and pre-billing warning preferences. The next pane lists the payment methods associated with the account. The information displayed varies depending on payment type. For example, a credit card payment method lists the customer’s card number, type, and expiration date, while a token payment method lists the token type, description, and balance.

By referring to the account details page, your agents enjoy a 360-degree view into payment methods, payment history, subscriptions, pending transactions, activity history, token information (if applicable), credits, and child accounts. From this page, they can issue refunds, manage discounts, update data, and communicate with customers using customer contact information. Agents can also see and manage any custom data fields you add to account information.

Parent/Child Accounts

CashBox supports a two-level account hierarchy for payments and reporting. This lets you establish parent and child accounts, making it easier for agents to help customers who use your product or service as a family. A parent account can have multiple child accounts that share the parent account’s payment method. Parent/child accounts can also use different payment methods.
