Transaction Detail Report
This report lists Transaction details and status for the selected time period. It lists details about every Transaction submitted by Vindicia Subscribe (one time or AutoBill generated) for payment processing, and displays its status (Success, Hard Fail or Soft Fail). You can optionally show the AutoBill ID. You can show totals, by page or All, provided for Pre-Tax and Total Billed.
Transaction Detail Report Setup
Enter search parameters, select the information to be displayed, and click Submit to generate the report.
Transaction Detail Report
To view details for a specific Transaction, click Search > Transactions. Enter the Transaction ID from the Transaction Detail report, and click Submit.

The Transaction Detail report includes the following data fields:
Indicate if tax is not collected due to unavailability of the tax service at the time of the Transaction. For details, see Handling "Tax Service Not Available" Scenarios. To enable this Merchant Option, contact Vindicia Client Technical Support.

Company |
The Customer’s company, if available. |
Account ID |
The Customer’s ID. |
Account Name |
The Customer’s name. |
Affiliate ID |
Affiliate from the customer's AutoBill, or as specified in the Transaction. |
Sub-Affiliate ID |
Sub-Affiliate from the customer's AutoBill, or as specified in the Transaction. |
Product ID |
Product ID from the customer's AutoBill, or as specified in the Transaction. If the Transaction is not generated from an AutoBill and the Product is not defined in Vindicia Subscribe, this field will not be populated. |
Product Name |
Product Description from the customer's AutoBill, or as specified in the Transaction. If the Transaction is not generated from an AutoBill and the Product is not defined in Vindicia Subscribe, this field will not be populated. |
Billing Plan ID |
ID of the Billing Plan associated with the AutoBill that generated the Transaction. If the Transaction is not generated from an AutoBill (i.e., generated by a one-time Transaction) this field will not be populated. |
Payment Processor |
The processor through which the Transaction was submitted for payment. |
Division ID |
Sub-division of the merchant ID by which some payment processors report or settle funds. |
Payment Method |
The payment method used to finance the Transaction. Valid types include:

Payment Method Type |
Customer-defined Payment Method type (for example, cash or check). |
Transaction Status |
Transaction Status from the payment processor reason code.

Auth Response Code |
The Response Code returned by your Payment Processor. |
Transaction ID |
ID of the Transaction sent to the payment processor. |
Processor ID |
The name Vindicia uses to identify a Vindicia Subscribe Transaction to the associated payment processor. This is usually the Vindicia Subscribe Transaction ID. In some cases however, due to the format requirements of some payment processors, Vindicia Subscribe alters the Transaction name before sending it to the processor. In those cases, the name of a transaction in a report by the payment processor will differ from the name of the same transaction in a report by Vindicia. The enables you to reconcile the original Vindicia Subscribe Transaction name with the altered Transaction name Vindicia Subscribe sends to the payment processor, to identify the Transaction. |

Tax not collected | Indicate if tax is not collected due to unavailability of the tax service at the time of the Transaction. For details, see Handling Tax Service Not Available Scenarios. To enable this Merchant Option, contact Vindicia Client Technical Support. |
Total Billed |
Amount plus Tax. |
Currency |
The Currency or Token type used for the Transaction. |
AutoBill ID | ID of the associated AutoBill. |
AutoBill Cycle |
The sequence number in the life of the AutoBill for which this transaction charges. As this index begins with 0, for the initial billing cycle of an AutoBill, it can also be considered the renewal count—that is, 1 is the first renewal, 3 is the third renewal, and so on. |
Billing Plan Cycle |
The sequence number in the life of the AutoBill, since the last Billing Plan change, for which this transaction charges. If there has been no billing plan change for this AutoBill, this number will be the same as the AutoBill Cycle. |
Retry Number |
The sequence number indicating which retry attempt this transaction represents for the billing period it represents. This index begins with 0 for the initial attempt to charge for a particular billing. A value of 1 indicates the first retry, 3 indicates the third retry, and so on. For one-time transactions this value is null. |
Invoice Date | Date of the invoice (original activity). |
Merchant TXB identifier |
Invoice ID. |
Total Invoice Amount | Total amount of the invoice, including tax. |
Total Invoice Amount Tax | Total tax on the invoice. |
Invoice Amount Pre-Tax | Total invoice amount before tax. |
Address |
Customer’s billing address. |
City |
Customer’s billing city. |
State/District |
Customer’s billing state or district. |
Country |
Customer’s billing country. |
Zip Code |
Customer’s billing zip code Your payment processor may limit this field to nine characters. |
