Vindicia’s operations and engineering teams are committed to minimizing any disruptions caused by this transition, which we expect to complete during a two-to-three-hour maintenance window. We expect our merchants to experience a hard downtime of up to 30 minutes while we complete the move. The downtime is necessary to make sure we have full database integrity and that all data is transferred in its entirety. During the downtime we will host an open blog on our trust site with our current status and next steps as we work through the timeline on the transition. We will communicate to you when we expect the hard downtime to occur and when we are back up for transaction processing.
