You can grant credit to an Account in response to a Customer Service call, or for a Customer Anniversary or any offline activity. You can grant credit in the form of Tokens or Currency. You can not grant Time Credits. Once granted to an Account, you can apply credits to Subscriptions or One-Time Transactions.
