Features and Enhancements

One Time Purchased product link to Product Catalog

In CashBox, when a one-time purchase is created, aka standalone Transaction, all the line items products passed are treated as at-hoc products and are not created in the standard product catalog. In the Salesforce CashBox (Basic) app, we have now added a configuration on the CashBox Admin tab called One-Time Purchase Product Link that when set to true, it will look up the SKU name of the one-time line items and if a match is found in the Product catalog, it will link the purchased product. This normalizes the reporting and continues to support any custom processes tha may run off the Transaction line items.

Purchase Product disappears from a Purchase once it expires

Previous version of CashBox (Basic) added the Purchase History object which was available only via refreshing the Purchase or the account, but not during the sync import job. Once a purchase line item expired, the update to the Purchase was removing the Purchased Product but at the same it was not importing the Purchase history. This is now fixed and for every purchased product that expires or is removed, the purchase is flagged and a separate job runs the purchase line item history import. The default runtime for the new job DataImportBulkExceptionCleanupScheduler is set to one hour, and can be adjusted in the Custom Settings > Data Import Log > Next Start > Purchase Detail History Refresh Interv.
