This module includes all of the use cases and tutorials needed to utilize the Subscribe portal for customer service inquiries.
Unit 1 - Customer Care
- Search for an account or transaction in the Subscribe portal
- Update user information using the Subscribe portal
- Cancel an existing subscription as of the end of the current billing period using the Subscribe portal
- Grant a service credit to an account using the Subscribe portal
- Refund a transaction charge using the Subscribe portal
